For single portraits, I need about 4–5 minutes, and for couple portraits, 8–10. Depending on how time-consuming the hairstyles and outfits are, I can do about 10 people per hour. How many people I can draw also depends on the event’s organisation and the guests. When I get into a good flow, I can draw a lot of portraits. If guests have a packed schedule and no one joins the queue, I may draw fewer. One thing is certain: I always do my best to draw as many people as possible.

Of course, that's definitely possible.

My standard A5 format fits up to five people. If you know you need the option for even more people (like for a team event or a larger family portrait), just let me know and I'll bring along a larger format as well.

Basically yes, there are a few different options.

• I can bring along a colleague so we can simply draw twice as many pictures live.

• You book the package that fits your guest count, I stay on-site as long as it works out logistically, and I finish up the rest from home.

• For more than 80 people, feel free to ask me for a custom quote.

• A chair and a table (at least 1m wide, 60-80cm deep) – if a table is tricky, I can pack one. Plus a power outlet within a 5m radius. If the live experience is going to be fun for your guests, I kindly ask for a little bit of space so people can stand behind me, in front of me, and in front of the display stand to watch the illustrations being created.

• A quieter spot – please don't place me right next to the DJ's speakers. Even though it's a relaxed vibe, I'm super focused. Keeping that focus is really important for getting great results.

Sure, I love outdoor events. The key is having the right temperature. A temperature of 20 degrees should always be guaranteed (e.g., with radiant heaters), since I get cold quickly when I’m sitting still and concentrating. There should be an alternative plan in case of rain.

Yes, I have a few different ways we can handle this logistically:

• Live – including the models:

  A real magnet for the guests. They pose for just 2-3 minutes and can then come over to watch me finish their picture. There's usually a short queue, but everyone loves watching eagerly. It's a relaxing experience where guests enjoy watching the process and getting their finished piece at the end. Best suited when the guest count matches the package capacity.

• From a photo:

  The drawing happens more in the background. Guests quickly get their photo taken and I draw them one after the other. Whether I manage to draw all guests depends on the time I'm booked for. From a certain number of people onwards, I'll stop taking new requests and focus on finishing the drawings. This option works on a first-come, first-served basis.

I can't give a simple yes or no to that because it depends on a few different factors:

On average, I can manage 10 people an hour. So if you have 60 guests at your wedding, my Package M works pretty well if I'm focusing purely on guest portraits.

Often I also draw during the outdoor wedding ceremony and create a special picture for the couple, which takes a bit more time than the guest portraits. Because of the ceremony length and congratulations afterwards, I usually end up with up to an hour less time for guest portraits and won't be able to draw everyone.

If it's really important to you that I draw every single guest, we can discuss that beforehand during planning. As an option, I can draw your ceremony or first dance picture as an after-wedding portrait—you can simply add that on—so I have enough time for the guests.
